Returns & Exchange

It is our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with all the items you order and your experience with S+J Label. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return them, we will gladly issue a refund provided you follow the terms listed below:

- You have 30 days from the date you purchased your items to get a refund minus the shipping costs.

- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed with hangtags and labels still attached. Items marked with spray tan, make-up, deodorant stains and have a strong odor (perfume, smoke, body odor or detergent) will not be accepted and returned back to you at your own expense.

- We do not provide return labels. All return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking number. S+J Label takes no responsibility for missing parcels and will only give a refund if there was proof of delivery.

- All items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned once purchased.

- For incorrect or defective items, we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

- Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Orders paid on credit card and gift card will receive refunds to the gift card first.

- Allow two weeks for your return to be processed. Refunds to credit card will appear on your next billing statement.

- We will notify you via email once refund has been issued.

- Follow the following steps on how to initiate a return:

1. Send an email to info@splusjlabel.com and put "RETURNS" on the subject line.
2. Include your invoice number and the reason for your return on your email.
3. Prepare the package with the invoice inside and choose the shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
4. Drop off your package at your chosen courier.
5. Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

 

EXCHANGE

We currently do not offer exchange. Please follow the refund policy and submit a new order for your items.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order is fulfilled or shipped, we can no longer accept cancellation. Please reach out to our customer service support at info@splusjlabel.com immediately to cancel your order. 

 

CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to change your order or shipping details, immediately contact customer service support at info@splusjlabel.com. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will no longer be able to make changes.
